Technician Zi Hao Yan was excellent and very helpful with setting the Compressor Minimum Outdoor Temperature to reduce the defrost function that drains water under the heat pump. This creates ice build up under the heat pump. He was efficient, informative and respectful of my home. Good job!

Yan Zi Hao was our furnace maintenance tech today, conducting the annual checkup. He was thorough, professional and friendly - as usual. Given the experience that he had on the job, he provided me with cogent advice about my heating/cooling system. He explained the positives and negatives of the options that I could try - or not. Amazing service from every one, I have only one issue with ecobee thermostat switch, suddenly we got cold air in -25C technician Zi explained to us. ecobee did some upgrade and reseted. Ecobee must inform us about the upgrade. or Airone must inform us about this upgrade and do necessary changes free of charge.

I was extremely impressed by our technician Kyle. He was polite and courtesy and most importantly he was knowledgeable. He answered all my questions confidently. I was very impressed with him. I would highly recommend Aire One for all your HVAC needs.

The Technician arrived sooner than he said. He called ahead to see if he could troubleshoot the issue to get it working without a visit. Aire One was very responsive when I called them for service. I talked to Susan at the dispatch desk and she was very helpful and polite in setting up the service call the same day. They also followed through on calling my tenant ahead of time to make sure that they could get home in time to let them in. The work was done expeditiously and correctly; I highly recommend them for your service needs. It was an emergency on my part since I was calling from the US for service at my Toronto house.
