George C from Francis Heating and Plumbing was terrific! So helpful and knowledgeable. He repaired our furnace but also to the initiate to get the attached humidifier back in working order, which was long overdue. It was a pleasure to have him in the house!

I am happy to give a shout out to Alex! Our furnace failed last night and Alex came to the rescue in less than 30 minutes. He repaired our furnace in a timely manner so we have heat for the time being. He is knowledgeable, offered his professional opinion and kindly set up our next appointment before leaving. Vishal Rawat came to do the maintenance on my furnace and hot water tank today and wow, was he thorough! He showed us the results in detail, was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a duct cleaning so I checked and realized he was right, it was time so he booked it for me and got the date all set up! Excellent service, great technician. I recommend this company highly.

Really happy with the service. Furnace stopped working, an agent (don’t have his name) was excellent - diagnosed the problem quick, then ran to the store to get the part before it closed. They only had one part so he fixed what he could and had another technician come the next day. Mo came the next day to install the part and also found a small gas leak. He fixed it on the spot, free of charge. Both employees also recommended great ways to maintain our furnace and home to reduce cost in the future. Thank you to both employees. We would recommend this company!

I’m giving 5 stars entirely because of Scott, our technician, who always goes above and beyond when he comes out for a service call. He asks thoughtful questions and finds the root cause of every issue, where other technicians often don’t. We have been happy with our experiences with Francis Fuels overall, but it’s Scott who really earns our business and our trust. Thanks for all the great service and support, Scott!

We're customers with another company, but had Stephen P from Francis out to cover a no-heat emergency in the middle of the night, so I wanted to leave the review here. He was excellent, friendly, knowledgable, and very respectful of our home. He was also happy to show me exactly what happened so I might be able to self-help next time. Very much appreciate the service from Stephen, and the callout coverage from Francis. 10/10

The Francis team were very professional and courteous when working on my home. They left the house spotless and all work was done meticulously. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hydro upgrade or furnace install.

Installations don’t always come problem free. Unforeseen things happen. Gave five stars as am impressed with the how the Company handled a call back needed on the installation of our hot water heater tank. Three visits from installation to success. No question on their part until completed to our satisfaction. Bravo; put the customer first. The sign for me of a Company that has their priorities in the right order. Highly recommend them.

I rarely write Google reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. Mitchell who just did my furnace inspection was extremely kind and courteous. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did such a wonderful job that I felt the need to let people know, if you're dealing with Francis home environment, ask for Mitchell, you'll thank me. He took the time to explain everything and asked if we had any questions. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him and I will be asking for him by name in the future

I could not have gotten a better team of hardworking men than Todd K, Jessie and their group. They did a great job, worked quickly, efficiently and were a respectful group to have in my home. And I want to thank Richard, their salesman, for taking the time to explain the process and the furnace clearly. It is with pleasure that I recommend this company to anyone requiring help with their heating and air conditioning. From A to Z, it was a very good experience. I am glad I made this great choice. Been using the company for furnace maintenance for a few years now, and just replaced the furnace and water tank through them. They have their own warranty and contractors, and if you choose to be a member it's a great service in event of emergencies. So far no complaints, everyone's been professional and considerate of our space and belongings, taking convenience into consideration when installation was being done.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Francis Home Environment. Within an hour of placing a service call, a technician arrived. Terry's many years of experience was evident. He explained all the pros and cons of fixing verses installing new. Within another hour, Duy showed up and provided a quote for a new furnace, again with such detail, it left me with no questions. The next day, promptly on time, Emad and Mu arrived and installed the new furnace. Impeccable work to say the least. As a result, I would highly recommend Francis Home Environment. It's clear to see why they have been in business since 1933.

Moe came was extremely interested in solving the issue. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place for me to get my water and heat back up as soon as possible.
