I am very happy with the service I received from Smile HVAC. It was the only company that responded to my email. Genadi was very pleasant and listened attentively to what my needs were. After sending him a photo he was able to quote me a price and explained what his technician would need to do. The next day An, the technician, arrived at my home in time. He was very friendly and completed the work in quick fashion. He even took away some old PVC pipe that I didn’t need, sparing me the headache getting rid of it. I will certainly call Smiley HVAC for any future needs.

I had An coming in to inspect my furnace. He did as thorough job as possible. Measured all the valves, switches and what not. Besides fixing my furnace he also recognized that my AC speed was misconfigured (too low) and he fixed that for me as well. I cannot recommend Smile HVAC highly enough. Best HVAC company I have ever worked with. And i will definitely be calling them from now on if have any other issues in the future!

An honest company that stands by their work! Had two water heaters replaced with them; they did a fantastic job. A day later, when my tenant complained there was no hot water, Carl came by same day, no charge, and made sure things were right (turns out the tenant turned off the water heater unit by accident). Also had another issue with heat in my house a year later. Again, Carl came by quickly and fixed the issue. Was merely a thermostat problem but he diagnosed it quickly and addressed it regardless. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our water heater, was not working for day. We called the company and they sent a representative (An) to our home to take a look at our furnace, it did not take An long for him to see what the issue was. In no time, he fixed the problem and we had hot water again. Thank you An for your customer service.

Great thanks to An for showing up on time today with a friendly demeanor and working fast enough to resolve our valve issue. We had an issue with our hot water tank during the holidays and on this particular day it was only lukewarm. The first technician sent out proposed that the valve be changed which is what An came to do. I didn't take photos as I was working but I am thankful for his service!
