Reliance has one of the best tech who takes time to explain details of the problems and he gives multiple options on problem solving. He is very respectful and his customer service is amazing. I recommend that you ask for him in particular incase you need service

We had Reliance come out for an annual furnace maintenance/ tuneup. Jason, the service technician was efficient and thorough. 5 stars to Jason! Tip: book your maintenance in August or sooner if you want it serviced in October - obviously gets much busier as temperatures drop and there weren’t many appointments available…I called in October and first available was first week in December.

Plumber named Kyle L came by and was very helpful and polite! Very professional.Gave me great recommendations and information about my unit! Would recommend him to anyone needing work done.

I called Reliance in the morning and the tech was on site in early afternoon The plumbing issue I presented to the tech (Sandy G.) was quite straight forward. He completed the job and clearly explained the resolution. I could not ask for better service.

Jason, from Reliance furnace, called me to confirm that he was on his way to perform maintenance on my furnace. He arrived when he said he would and proceeded to go through his maintenance checklist on the furnace. He was polite and professional. Following his inspection, he went through the details and assured me that everything was working well. He explained other services that Reliance offered. I appreciated knowing that my furnace was performing well.

Jesse was such a very good tech for fixing our tub faucet and helping more than we need. He ensures that everything is good and give us some advises us well! Kyle (I believe that was his name) provided great plumbing service. I had to replace my sump pump so he explained insurance implications which I completely didn’t know about and allowed to watch how he installed it. I thought there maybe potential issue with my toilet but he confirmed that it was fine (no money grabbing which does gain my trust) he was professional, courteous and nice. Price was reasonable for the service completed.

Today we had our furnace cleaned because it wasn’t working properly. Our technician did a fantastic job and was very professional and polite. He was quick and efficient and now our furnace is working properly.

My appointment for annual maintenance was scheduled for between 10am and 2pm. The Reliance technician called at 10:19 and said he was on his way and would arrive in 15-20 minutes. He arrived on time, was very courteous and proceeded with his inspection on my furnace and humidifier. Only the flame sensor required cleaning and he informed me that everything was working correctly. He also fixed a slight looseness in the furnace filter cover. He appeared to be very thorough and efficient in performing his tasks.

Made it here near the beginning of the time estimate. Did his work quickly and cleanly. Let me know what the issue was and the cost for it right away. Was very kind throughout the process and had some good information about another issue he noticed. Would recommend reliance to others.

We had a main drain backup. Reliance had a plumber there within a couple of hours from when we called. Kevin, the plumber was excellent at cleaning out the drain and helped to explain what he was doing. He also helped us out with some tips to help prevent this from hopefully happening again. Would definitely use them again if we need to.

What a great experience from start to finish! illya was my sales guy he was great, and not pushy at all which I really appreciate, he was very personable and easy to talk to! He went through everything with me, took tons of pics and measurements so his team knew exactly what to expect for the install. The team that showed up were very polite, worked quickly and were all very nice especially John and Roxanne. I would highly recommend reliance to anyone looking for any heating or cooling products I am very impressed and will recommend to everyone!!!

We order a cleaning service for the furnance. The technician was great! Very professional and helpful. Besides the cleaning, the technician also does tune up for the furnace too and teach us the some maintenence tips. Unexpectedly useful.

I contacted reliance for a new hot water tank installed my Representative Isa Reiter 9/10 contact me right away we got appointment the next day, she came to my home, very pleasant, very professional Very knowledgable. She arranged to have my hot water tank arranged right away. When the installer showed up, they were clean professional did a very good job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service From Isa and installers and reliance.

Yonus called when he was on the way and arrived as promised. He was very pleasant. He removed his shoes at the door and introduced himself. He pleasantly and professionally carried out his duties. He interacted pleasantly with the child and had a little fun with her. Everything was covered on my requests. I’ve been using Reliance for 4 years now and have always had good experiences. Jundel helped us for our furnace no heat problem specially this cold days and quickly figured out what was wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left.He also install new T-stat then he explained everything and how control using google app nest . I really appreciated his help and his service.

Reliance offered prompt, knowledgeable and professional service. They were able to send us a technician within 2 hours of calling. They sent us Mo, who went above and beyond his duties in diagnosing a furnace issue without charging us the extra charge for servicing it to keep it running until our appointment to get it replaced. This was in Feb… so we were very happy to have our heater back online and for the prompt service!
