Martino HVAC initial came out to do an evaluation before looking at purchasing a whole home dehumidifier. Peter’s attention to detail led him to discover that our furnace was not setup properly since installation in 2019. He spent the time and corrected all the issues he could find instead of trying to sell us something that we may not need. His technical explanation of the process was greatly appreciated. Such a wonderful experience and will be the only person I will call in the future. Thank you for your good work.

I was experiencing an issue with my AC unit and called Martino for help. Peter arrived promptly and got to work diagnosing and rectifying the issue right away. He professionally and politely walked me through the tests and inspections he was performing on my system and confidently got to work on the repair. Once finished he took the time to explain the features of my system so I was better informed moving forward. Peter knew his stuff and gave me peace of mind that I wouldn’t have anymore issues moving forward.

I had booked a call to have a static test done, which of course came with an associated cost. Before he just showed up, I received a call from Elias, who took the time to ask questions, understand my current setup, and guide me on whether static testing was actually the right approach. Thanks to his knowledge and guidance, I didn’t end up paying for a service I didn’t need and that wouldn’t have benefited me.

Exceptional service from Jashan Singh and the entire team! Our furnace was on the fritz with heating issues, but Jashan came to the rescue. Called in the morning and he arrived within a few hours, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. Jashan was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. His prompt response and expertise saved us from a chilly night. Kudos to the whole team for top-notch service - highly recommend!

The Salesman was very informative and detailed with pricing out options based on our ducting and needs. We've always had Martino service our furnace and AC for the past 15 years. This time around we decided to replace our 15 yr old furnace. Elias was very professional and priced everything out for us, providing all details for us to make an informed decision. Installation was done by Tommy and Garry....they were very professional and install was done very quickly and efficiently. We're very happy with our new Goodman furnace and the excellent service provided by Martino.

I had several quotes done for me but it was Peter who pointed out and identified several options and issues to look for. He also listened to my concerns and took my budget seriously. Technician Nick came to our house urgently to fix our furnace at night as the furnace is not on and it's -16C outside. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and found it's a manufacturer issue and fixed it, explaining each step along the way so we understood what was happening. Excellent service — highly recommend him for his expertise!

I had a meeting with Martino's HVAC this morning to understand the functionality of the heating system installed at my newly built house. Thanks to Aryan, who answered all my questions in detail. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the entire system and explained how it works. I was not happy with the low furnace air flow coming through the vents. They service all our friends and family and have been a huge asset in getting the existing system in our new home tuned up and working like a dream. Our furnace stopped working Sunday the night before family day. I called Martino’s first thing ion the holiday morning was greeted with a friendly lady she took my information and said someone would call me. A short while later I was contacted and told he would be out between 10 or 11 am. He arrived 20 minutes early and after a short while we heard the furnace start up. He then proceeded to check other things just to make sure everything else was fine. It was sure nice to have heat again.

I had Martino HVAC come out to service and troubleshoot my furnace when I had no heat during a very cold February evening. The technicians arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, even though it was close to midnight. I really appreciated both the call takers and the technicians for being responsive, professional, and helpful. Great customer service when it mattered most. Highly recommend.

I just recently hired Martino's HVAC to maintain and clean my two gas furnaces, air conditioner and fireplace in my home. I know and respect the Martino family. Jamie, the person that I made the arrangements with, was fantastic to deal with and made the arrangements quickly and easy for me. The technician, Bob, showed up this morning promptly as arranged. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He answered my many questions about my home's efficency. I am very happy with my decision to switch over to Martino's. I am confident that the comfort and safety of my home is in good hands.
