Despite the heavy snowfall, Maple Air showed up! Fawad was able to identify the issue right away and got the pilot light working again. He also serviced the unit to make sure everything was in good working order. He then took the time to show me how to turn the pilot light on and as it’s a bit tricky, he had me practice several times. That’s what I call “excellent service”! Thank you!

Fahad was professional and explained to me by bypassing the thermostat and proving the fault of thermostat, although I changed the filter.which I realized was not new as I thought. I will replace a new filter. I did suspect a faulty hi limit thermostat sw ,Fahad cleared all my doubts. Hopefully I don't have issues in this cold weather. Thanks Fahad, keep up the good work. Excellent service from quotation to installation on our hot water tank replacement. During quotation, Daniel took the time to explain and also advise. During installation the two guys were fabulous, ensuring a very efficient process on one of the coldest days of the year.

Maple Air,Heating installed a heat pump and four indoor units. Masoud the sales rep. came over for the quote. He explained the whole process, well done, good job. On the installation date 09/17/2025 the installer Farshid came and explained the whole process with his assistant. They started the job and the electrician arrived.The job was completed in one day with no problems encountered. My wife and I are both very pleased with the work that was performed .Great job by everyone involved, would highly recommend Maple Air ,Cooling.

Maple Air replaced our gas fueled antique furnace and water heater this week. The installation was completed in one day, with the team, led by Farshid, working a 12 hour day. The installation team was at least six technicians and all were skilled and knowledgeable. The new system looks excellent and is working better than we expected. Thanks Masoud and Maple Air.

This Maple Air team did a fantastic job installiing my new Rinnai combi furnace, as well as removing the old heating system/ hot water tank.They ensured everything was working properly and left the work area cleaner than they found it! Wonderful company to deal with! Our furnace stopped working on new year's day and within 24 hours, a new furnace had been installed. From my first call to Maple Air—speaking with someone on extension 2, then with a representative from extension 3 in sales who clearly explained their maintenance plans—right through to the technician (Bravedeep) who came to our home and fixed our furnace issue on the spot, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Bravedeep was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I was genuinely impressed, and that says a lot coming from me—I’m a tough critic and have dealt with many companies in the past. I chose Maple Air because my realtor recommended them. I had a furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater installed. Farshid and his partner did a great job on the installation. Farshid is a very nice guy. He came by two days later to check on how everything was working. Ali (apologies if I got your name wrong), who was the electrician explained what he was doing, clearly answered my questions and did a very clean and neat job. Masoud assessed the house needs and did the estimate for the work. He explained all options very clearly, provided his professional opinion and answered all questions that I had. All are nice guys and we’re very pleasant to deal with. All worked hard, and made sure they did their respective jobs correctly. A very good experience.

We are very satisfied with our overall experience in dealing with the staff at Maple Air in regards to the replacement of our Furnace. Maple Air installed a new Carrier Infinity series furnace and air purifier, along with a humidifier. From the initial visit from the Sales Consultant, Masoud and subsequent discussions with techincal advisor, Farzad, an appropriate heating solution was agreed upon. The installation led by Farshad went smoothly and clean-up was great. The pricing was competitive. So far the furnace is operating well and I look forward to our long term relationship via the heating and air conditioning maintainance program. Maple Air has been great to work with -- their magnet was on our HVAC unit so when we had an issue, we figured we'd give them a call. They were responsive, great communication, and the service techs were friendly and helped us figure out what was going on. We ended up having another (separate) issue and same experience. They credit service calls to the repair work and have been reasonable to deal with. We now plan on signing up for their maintenance package.

I was so impressed that they stayed from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM to ensure everything was perfect before leaving.
