Our experience with technician Diego from AirZone this morning was great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our furnace that was not starting. He then walked us though the problem and how he fixed it and promptly answered all our questions. We felt very satisfied with his work and advice and a would recommend Diego.

Recent annual maintenance (Diego) and follow-up install of fireplace parts (Max) - both very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The team from Airzone was very professional with the installation of our heat pump. They cleaned up the work area prior to leaving and they showed me the basics of how the heat pump control worked. A job well done.

I had a great experience with AirZone for a new furnace install. The technicians were friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. After completing the installation, they took the time to explain everything to me, including how to use the thermostat and how to change the air filter. I really appreciate their patience and thoroughness. Overall, they are trustworthy and deliver excellent service. Highly recommended!

Second experience with AirZone, first for a new AC unit and most recently for a new furnace. In both instances they took their time to explain the available options along with the cost benefits of each. The technicians spent as much time prepping our home as they. did on the dismantling and doing the installations. Thorough, professional and stress free experience !

Life-savers! AirZone fixed my Bosch furnace just 3 hours after I reached out. My heat was out and the house was freezing. Chelsea over the phone was able to have someone come only 2 hours after my call!! The technician (Rob) was incredibly knowledgeable about inverter systems and fixed a complex blower issue that other companies wouldn't touch. Professional, lightning-fast response, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Airzone were great to work with. We had five quotes for our job. Theirs was cost competitive, their sales rep was thorough, the quote was the most thorough and detailed. The gentlemen who showed up to do the work were professional and had everything working within the allotted time. We’re loving our new Canadian made on demand hot water heater.
